Now, for those of you who haven’t heard of this guy who ruled Britain for 60 years, let me through the help of Horrible Histories sum him up:

• He was insane
• He loved music, hated Shakespeare and led a simple life
• So he bought Buckingham Palace to live in
• He went through a stage where he ended every line with the word “Peacock”, including during public speeches
• He once believed London was flooded, when it wasn’t, and ordered a yacht
• He often wore a pillow around his head
• He “adopted” a new-born Prince, which was infact a pillow, and called him “Prince Octavius”
• He told the Queen that she had been mad for 30 years
• He believed he was dead and wore black as a sign of mourning for himself
• A story goes that he once shook hands with a chestnut tree branch and started talking to it believing it was one of his friends 

Let me recap, this guy RULED Britain for 60 years
